FLAG's 2026 Annual Meeting to Take Place in San Diego

Flexo Label Advantage Group LLC (FLAG) has announced details for its highly anticipated 2026 Annual Meeting, taking place March 23–26, 2026 in San Diego, California. This year’s event will be hosted by Label King, a long-standing FLAG Member and proud independent converter known for its service-driven culture.

The Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina will set the stage for three days of collaboration, learning and community as FLAG Members and Vendor Partners gather to exchange ideas, celebrate success and discuss strategies to drive growth.

The 2026 FLAG Annual Meeting will deliver the perfect balance of education, networking, and fun. Attendees will experience the FLAG Vendor Partner Tabletop Exhibition, where world-class suppliers showcase the newest materials, tools and technologies driving efficiency and growth. Dynamic Peer Group Breakout Sessions will give Members the chance to connect with like-minded peers and share real-world solutions to operational and business challenges.

The 2026 agenda will feature a series of presentations, panels, and peer discussions focused on market trends, operational excellence and strategic growth. The full agenda, including speakers and programming, will be announced in the coming weeks.

A highlight of this year’s event will be an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Label King’s San Diego facility, offering a close look at how the company’s culture of independence, consistency and care drives long-term success. Attendees will also enjoy an unforgettable afternoon aboard the USS Midway aircraft carrier, followed by FLAG’s signature Awards Dinner, celebrating Members and Vendor Partners whose commitment, engagement and collaboration continue to elevate the FLAG community.

“Every year, our Annual Meeting grows in scale and in impact,” said JC McKay, President of FLAG. “San Diego is shaping up to be our biggest event yet, bringing together the industry’s most passionate independent converters and the Vendor Partners who help them thrive. FLAG was built to make independents stronger, and there’s no better example of that than Label King. They embody everything our community stands for.”

“We’re honored to host the 2026 FLAG Annual Meeting here in San Diego. Our team is already preparing to showcase the best of what we do,” added Robert Parker, Founder and President of Label King. “It’s going to be an incredible week of connection, learning and celebrating what makes independents great.”

FLAG’s Annual Meeting is an exclusive, Members-only event that continues to set the bar for community-driven collaboration in the label industry. Each year, FLAG brings together more than 100 companies representing a broad cross-section of converters, suppliers and partners, all united by a shared goal of helping independent businesses stay strong, competitive and connected.
