Aero Packaging procures die-cutting machine for corrugated cartons

India-based corrugated packaging solutions provider Aero Packaging has procured a die-cutting system from Robus India.

The company has selected the Confidence Series MHC-1300F, a heavy-duty automated die-cutting machine. The MHC-1300F is intended for cutting and creasing applications in corrugated box converting.

The device includes servo-based control, vision systems, and IoT-enabled functions to support process monitoring and consistent output.

In this model name, the “F” denotes an advanced automatic feeding arrangement.

According to the stated specifications, the machine operates at up to 5,500 sheets per hour and can process sheet sizes up to 1290mm × 940mm.

It is designed to handle corrugated boards up to 8.5mm thick and a range of corrugated paper grades.

Robus India noted that its installation base is expanding across India, with Aero Packaging among the newer customers. Aero Packaging produces finished packaging items using a mix of modern machinery.

Aero Packaging official Rajat Sharma said: “Being a trusted partner for corrugated cartons, we have built up the trust of customers with our commitment and the fleet of capable machines which we currently run.”

“Cutting-edge machines and technologies in our manufacturing facility have been chosen wisely. For instance, the newly installed Confidence Series MHC-1300F die-cutting machine from Robus India is ideally a ‘value for money’ system for corrugated carton production with unsurpassed automation, speed, precision, and efficiency.

“We always stay at the forefront of innovation with the constant adoption of such modern and capable machines.”
