Xpert Packs unveils eco-friendly tube packaging line


US-based packaging manufacturer Xpert Packs has announced a new collection of custom tube packaging solutions, aimed at businesses seeking sustainable alternatives.

The range targets various sectors, including food, confectionery, and cosmetics.

The recently launched series features packaging options for snacks, teas, dry fruits, candies, and cosmetic products.

All tubes are produced using recyclable and biodegradable paper and cardboard.

A company press release dated 5 February stated: “Utilising premium paper tube packaging and cardboard tube packaging materials, Xpert Packs ensures that businesses can present their products in packaging that is both visually appealing and eco-conscious.”

The company said that the packaging materials have been chosen to balance environmental considerations with product durability during shipping and storage.

Commenting on the new proposition, Xpert Packs business development manager Nathaniel Scott said: “Our goal has always been to innovate while prioritising sustainability.

“With this new custom tube packaging range, brands can now offer a premium unboxing experience for their customers while reducing their environmental footprint.”

The company manufactures a broad assortment of packaging products. These include display boxes, foldable boxes, mylar bags, tuck boxes, sleeve boxes and tissue papers.

Xpert Packs also offers several printing methods for custom packaging in Virginia, including offset printing, digital printing, flexography, and screen printing.

It also provides specialised coatings, finishes and distinctive custom options.
