Flexcon Names Doug Dentler as Chief Financial Officer



Flexcon, a leading provider of innovative solutions in pressure-sensitive films and adhesives, has announced the appointment of Doug Dentler as its new Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Dentler will oversee global financial strategy, enterprise planning and fiscal operations as the company drives its growth and innovation agenda. 

Dentler brings more than 25 years of experience building high-performing teams and leading financial functions across public and private manufacturing and industrial organizations. Prior to joining Flexcon, he served as Chief Financial Officer at VanDeMark Chemical, where he led finance, accounting, information technology and human resources. Dentler partnered closely with the board and ownership group to communicate financial strategies, strengthen operational processes and align decisions with the organization’s business and cultural objectives.

Before joining VanDeMark, Dentler held senior finance leadership roles at global Fortune 500 companies, including roles in financial planning and analysis, investor relations, operational finance and controllership. He holds a BSBA in Finance from John Carroll University and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University. Dentler values people, integrity, and intentional action as well as helping individuals and organizations align performance with purpose.
