Dinshaw’s Redesigns With Its Logo Front and Center

Dinshaw’s is a 93-year-old Indian dairy company, based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. It is known as a leading manufacturer of ice cream, dairy products, and bakery items, with a strong presence in central and western India.

Recently, the company rebranded, and NH1 Design reimagined the system to be more playful and expressive. The logo moves freely across the packs, while the letter D shows up as a creamy swirl, turning typography into illustration.

Meanwhile, the rest of the typography balances softness with structure, allowing the flowing Dinshaw’s wordmark to sit alongside product descriptors. What makes this stand out in the crowded snack and ice cream aisle is how a single visual device ties everything together across formats, creating a system that feels cohesive without becoming repetitive.
