Established in 2006, APC Packaging develops plastic and glass containers, along with closures and other packaging components.

Its main customers are in the premium skincare and cosmetics sectors.

The deal adds to Novvia’s presence in beauty and personal care after it acquired Garrett Hewitt International a year ago.

APC Packaging works with startups, independent beauty labels and multinational beauty companies, bringing together design, engineering and manufacturing resources to develop packaging for the market.

APC Packaging’s primary owners Lisa and Christina Lin will continue to manage the business and run day-to-day operations.

Lisa Lin commented: “We look forward to leveraging Novvia’s scale, relationships, and expertise to enhance our product offerings, expand services, and deliver greater value to our customers.”

Novvia CEO Bob Boucher commented: “APC is an excellent company that fits well within our growing consumer segment.

“We look forward to partnering with Lisa and her team to build on their growth momentum while leveraging the combined strengths of our organisation to scale our beauty packaging platform.”
