Amcor Announces Scott Fallon as President of Amcor Flexibles North America

Amcor, a global leader in developing and producing responsible packaging solutions, has announced the appointment of Scott Fallon as President, Amcor Flexibles North America (AFNA), effective today. Fallon succeeds Larry Weber, who is retiring after more than 33 years with the company.

Fallon has been with Amcor for six years, most recently serving as Vice President and General Manager, Protein, for AFNA and Amcor Global Flexible Packaging Solutions, where he led the acquisition of Moda Systems, a manufacturer of state-of-the-art automated protein packaging machines, expanding Amcor’s position in the global fresh meat market. He brings more than 25 years of experience leading complex global manufacturing businesses including SABIC and GE Plastics. Over his career, Fallon has built a strong track record of delivering growth through deep expertise in materials science and leadership roles spanning engineering, operations, sales and marketing.

As president of AFNA, Fallon will lead the business through its next chapter, strengthening a growth mindset, deepening customer relationships and advancing innovative packaging solutions across key markets.

“Scott is a dynamic, results-driven leader with a deep customer orientation and understanding of our business,” said Ryan Yost, Division President, Global Flexible Packaging Solutions. “Serving on AFNA’s management team for the past six years, he has played a critical role in the business group’s strong performance. I’m grateful for the leadership continuity and strategic clarity he provides.”

Fallon added, “Every chapter has built toward this one. AFNA has moved through periods of materials science innovation, portfolio transformation and now, enterprise growth. With a strong team, solid foundation and clear strategy, we’ve sharpened our customer focus and team mindset.”
