Vital Proteins Announces New Packaging and Paper-Based Canister

Vital Proteins, a Nestlé Health Science brand, has unveiled new, paper-based canister packaging, which it says is a first for the product category.

According to the brand, the new paper-based tubs are designed to be curbside recyclable and utilize fibers from FSC-approved forests that have been tested so they can actually be recaptured by a materials recovery facility and genuinely recycled. That said, this also depends on your municipality, and consumers should double-check if the tub is actually recyclable, but for Vital Proteins’ part, at least they are being transparent.
