Nelipak secures EcoVadis Silver Medal for 2024


Nelipak, a supplier of healthcare packaging solutions, has been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal for the second consecutive year. 

The company’s enhanced score reflects its performance across key indicators in the EcoVadis Sustainability Scorecard. 

The scorecard evaluates 21 indicators within four themes: Environment; Labour & Human Rights; Ethics; and Sustainable Procurement.  

Nelipak’s operations span across 11 production sites worldwide, employing more than 1,400 people, with a strong presence in North America and Europe. 

The company provides a comprehensive range of services including design, prototyping, tooling, simulation, validation, laboratory support, and a line of tray sealing equipment.

EcoVadis, a provides business sustainability ratings using international standard methodology , including those from the Global Reporting Initiative. 

The ratings cover more than 200 spend categories and more than 175 countries.

Earlier in October 2024, Amcor received an EcoVadis Gold medal for its sustainability practices in the development and production of packaging solutions.
