Center Designs Molly Baz’s Latest Venture, Ayoh! Mayo

Americans love sandwiches. According to research by the US Department of Agriculture, nearly half of Americans eat at least one sandwich a day. One of those folks with a fondness for the stuff we put between bread is bestselling author Molly Baz.

Baz is known for showing her appreciation for the meal format on social media and on her podcast, “The Sandwich Universe.” But her latest venture shows how serious she is about sandwiches, providing her upgrade to a classic condiment—mayonnaise. Ayoh! is Baz’s new line of mayo, now available and launched ahead of Thanksgiving to give consumers a chance to upgrade their leftover sammies (protip: don’t forget the moist maker).
