Jianli Grain Wine’s Bottle Tells a Story Steeped In Tradition

Jianli Grain Wine’s packaging, designed by Riverside Design, combines a refined color palette of muted earth tones, bright yellows, and magentas, evoking a sense of artisanal craftsmanship. The bottle’s label features intricate, calligraphic Chinese characters paired with delicate handwritten script, creating a balance between formality and personal touch.

Illustrated elements, such as vintage-inspired agricultural scenes and traditional tools, are incorporated on the textured wrapping paper, nodding to a rural background and grain cultivation. The use of stamped seals, gold-embossed medallions, and layered design details ties the packaging to traditional Chinese aesthetics, blending cultural authenticity with a storytelling-driven visual approach.
