Wholesale Sugar Flowers acquires cake packaging brand OLBAA

Wholesale Sugar Flowers (WSF), a US-based provider of sugar flowers and decorating supplies, has acquired OLBAA, a brand specialising in cake packaging solutions.

Established in 2019, OLBAA started with the development of tall cake boxes, and later the brand expanded its product line to include cupcake boxes for taller cupcakes, macaron boxes, and other related products.

The strategic acquisition is expected to not only enhance Wholesale Sugar Flowers’ product offerings but also to create cost synergies and expand distribution channels.

OLBAA co-founder Haf Saba said: “We are excited that Wholesale Sugar Flowers sought our brand as a key complement to their portfolio.

“This acquisition will enable further development and expansion of the OLBAA brand, while continuing to offer our customers the finest cake packaging solutions available.”
