Pack-Smart unveils new tray-forming and filling system

Pack-Smart, a Canada-based provider of advanced modular packaging automation solutions, has unveiled its new tray-forming and filling system.

The company noted that the system is designed to cater to the diverse needs of industries such as confectionery, luxury goods, electronics, personal care, and cosmetics, offering scalability and precision in packaging operations.

The tray-forming and filling system features a modular architecture that allows for seamless adaptation for different production requirements.

Pack-Smart emphasises that this design provides manufacturers with the flexibility to integrate additional components or reconfigure their workflows as their business needs change.

Each module within the system, from the tray blank feeder to the lid-fitting station, is built to deliver streamlined performance while maintaining the ability to customise.

The system encompasses six integrated modules that work together to enhance every stage of tray forming and fulfilment.

Pack-Smart claims that its new system is developed using food-grade components, ensuring that it meets the sanitation and compliance standards necessary for modern manufacturing environments.

Additionally, Pack-Smart highlights the system’s user-friendly interface, recipe management system, sustainability, speed, and efficiency as key features that set it apart in the packaging automation landscape.

Pack-Smart CEO Derek Dlugosh-Ostap said: “With this launch, we are empowering manufacturers to achieve superior efficiency and sustainability in their operations.

“This system represents our commitment to innovation, quality, and addressing the unique challenges of our customers across industries.”
