Kendrick Lamar had himself a night at the Grammy’s and won Record of the Year based on the cultural moment that was the Drake-burying “Not Like Us.” You could also find the song’s producer, Mustard, taking a victory lap for the not-so-minor hit.
However, not only can Mustard add Grammy-winning producer to his list of accolades, but he can also add Heinz Chief Mustard Officer to his resume, as he just released the Mustard x Mustard limited-edition collab. I don’t know if that’s a real title, but the producer just co-created his own remix of Heinz Mustard, and it supposedly marks the first time that the brand has partnered on a sauce in the US.
“This collab coming to life is a big deal and something that has been decades in the making for me,” Mustard said in a press release. “Everyone knows me for my beats and sound, but what they don’t know is that cooking and grilling is a huge part of my life. I’m on the grill every chance I get. I’ve been using HEINZ since I was a kid, so partnering with them is something I’ve always wanted to do.”
