Syntegon unveils Kliklok ACC for high-speed carton sealing

Syntegon has introduced the Kliklok ACC, a new solution designed to enhance high-speed carton sealing to meet customer demands for reliable product packaging.

The carton closer is developed to deliver results with minimal rejects, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing operational costs.

The Kliklok ACC solution, developed in collaboration with customers, is tailored to meet all industry needs, offering outstanding carton quality, maximum flexibility, easy access, low maintenance, and high speeds to adapt to changing production requirements.

The carton closer features servo-driven carton alignment, integrated controls, tool-free changeover, and the ability to process both cardboard and corrugated board.

Syntegon noted that Kliklok ACC is suitable for various customer layouts and can be used in multiple food and nonfood industries. It provides options such as cover left and cover right carton entry and exit.

With the capability to output up to 200 cartons per minute, the machine can handle a wide range of carton sizes and formats, according to the company’s statement.

The positive turning section allows cartons to be handled effectively, even in challenging conditions such as cold, wet, or condensation-prone environments.

For optimal process efficiency, the Kliklok ACC can be integrated with Syntegon’s Advanced Carton Erector and automatic loading solutions to form a complete line solution for top-load cartoning.

In April 2023, Syntegon unveiled its cloud-based software and filling process for liquid and viscous food products.

The basic package Monitor visualises various key performance indicators to improve production transparency. Another product that Syntegon launched was its LFS filling machine for liquid and viscous food products.
