Here We Flo’s Answer to Sustainable Period Care Can Be Found Inside an Ice Cream Pint

Founded seven years ago by Susan C. Allen and Tara Chandra, Here We Flo wants to challenge the stigma around period, bladder, and sexual wellness products while promoting eco-friendly practices. This women-of-color-owned brand is committed to providing natural care using organic, vegan, and cruelty-free materials.

The brand’s packaging, designed in-house, combines creativity with sustainability. The organic tampons are especially notable, packaged in a cardboard pint resembling an ice cream container. This clever design differentiates the brand and subtly nods to common period cravings. It’s a playful yet functional approach that aligns perfectly with the brand’s mission to normalize period care.
