Datacolor Announces Acquisition of TECHKON USA



Datacolor, a global leader in color management software, instruments and services, has announced the acquisition of TECHKON USA, based in Danvers, Mass.

Albert Busch, president and CEO of Datacolor, stated, “Building on the recent acquisition of Techkon GmbH, this acquisition allows Datacolor to broaden its market reach and product offering with Techkon USA’s ChromaQA software and in-line spectrometers to meet growing customer demands for integrated color management solutions in the printing and packaging industry and beyond.”
