LogoLounge Releases Its 2024 Logo Trends Report

For the past two decades, LogoLounge has built a community for logo designers where creatives of all stripes can find inspiration and showcase their work, including the best in the LogoLounge series of books.

Every year, LogoLounge, which recently updated its platform, publishes its logo trends report, highlighting the currents driving logo design. Bill Gardner, president and CEO of LogoLounge and owner and creative director of Gardner Design, notes that the trends report isn’t a best practices guide but rather a collection of observations that designers should use to expand their knowledge and acumen and push their own work to the next level.

Logos aren’t going anywhere—they’re a central part of a brand’s identity. However, Bill has noticed that brands are starting to rely less on logos as the primary identifier and incorporate other elements like colors, wordmarks, and sound.
