The system features distinct rinsing, filling, and capping units, which facilitate maintenance and adaptable production processes.

The machine, which is suitable for both small- and large-scale operations, has a capacity of 2,000 to 12,000 bottles per hour.

Sunswell said the rinser utilises a patented bottle clamp design made from SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and compliance with food-grade safety standards.

The bottles are rotated 180 degrees along the conveyor for comprehensive cleaning. The system’s 15-degree high-efficiency spray nozzles provide a double rinse, effectively removing contaminants while conserving water by up to 20%.

The gravity filling system is designed for precision, with each SUS316L stainless steel valve ensuring accurate volumetric control and an error margin of only approximately 2mm. This precision is vital for maintaining consistent product quality and meeting labelling requirements.

The capping machine features a magnetic torque control system for adjusting the capping force, ensuring a secure seal and preventing cap damage. A photoelectric sensor checks for cap presence and quality, automatically halting the machine if a discrepancy is detected, thus reducing waste and product defects.

Sunswell, which holds International Organization for Standardization 9001, CE, and SGS certifications, boasts an independent research and development team that specialises in filling and blow moulding technologies.

Sunswell claims its bottling lines have the capacity to handle high-speed production, with capacities up to 48,000 bottles per hour.

In May 2025, Sunswell received an order for two bottled water lines from a customer in New York, US.

The New York client, with existing 1-gallon filling capabilities, seeks to modernise its production line with a fully automatic wrapping machine, handle applicator, and palletiser.
