The live demonstrations will feature PAC Machinery’s automatic baggers, including a model that supports both paper and poly materials, offering complete solutions for order fulfilment packaging.

The advanced technologies will include automated kitting, piece picking, and feeding systems, all designed to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

One exhibit will highlight the Rollbag R785 Automatic Bagger, equipped with a thermal transfer printer for on-the-bag printing, integrated with the Kitamatic part management system.

The Kitamatic system utilises circular flex feeding, vision-guided robotics, and user-friendly software for efficient multi-part kit building, handling a variety of parts with ease.

PAC Machinery president Greg Berguig said: “PAC Machinery’s strategic collaborations with MSD and CMES don’t just showcase automation, we’re demonstrating the future of packaging.

“Together, we’re integrating smart robotics with our proven bagging systems to deliver solutions that redefine efficiency and flexibility on the packaging line.”

The second collaboration will present the Rollbag R3200 Paper Bagging System, compatible with both paper and poly packaging materials, integrated with CMES Robotics’ AI-powered piece picking and packing technology.

The combined system responds to the demand for sustainable, high-throughput automation solutions that minimise manual labour.

MSD Sales president Mike Dahl said: “We’re very excited to strengthen our partnership with PAC Machinery.

“Together, we’re bringing cutting-edge feeding automation to the forefront. We look forward to combining our strengths to expand market reach and introduce these powerful technologies to the PACK EXPO audience.”
