US-based speciality manufacturer of industrial paper tubes and cores Bear Paper Tube has entered a strategic partnership with investment company Owner Resource Group (ORG) to recapitalise the company.
The company plans to utilise the funding to facilitate its expansion into new geographic territories and market sectors, and enhance its manufacturing capabilities.

Bear Paper Tube, headquartered in Dalton, Georgia, specialises in the production of paper tubes and cores, which are critical components in the manufacturing, shipping and storage processes of various industries.
The company’s products are predominantly utilised in sectors such as carpet and flooring, flexible packaging, tape, film and synthetic turf.
Since its establishment in 2016, Bear Paper Tube has expanded its operations by emphasising consistent product quality and investing in automated production technology to accommodate both speciality and large-scale production needs.
Under the agreement, the co-founders of Bear Paper Tube, Michael Wise and Brian Clark, will maintain their leadership roles and a significant ownership interest in the company.
Wise will continue as president and Clark as vice-president of sales.
