Pizza Hut Quietly (and Mysteriously) Updates Its Logo

Pizza Hut Quietly (and Mysteriously) Updates Its Logo

These days, it seems that the Hut is being out-pizza’d.

Sales at Pizza Hut have declined for six straight quarters, while competitors like Papa John’s and Domino’s are faring better in the rough economic waters the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) market is currently facing.

It makes sense then that Pizza Hut is making some branding changes, particularly tweaking its logo and standardizing it globally. What is surprising, however, is that Pizza Hut has done so quietly with no fanfare and isn’t responding so far to requests for comment (nor has it changed the logo on its website as of this writing).
