PAC Machinery Adds Chain Pack Bagging Option to Rollbag® R785 Automatic Bagger

PAC Machinery, a leader in packaging innovation, has announced a new Chain Pack Bagging option available on its popular compact, tabletop Rollbag® R785 Automatic Bagger. This feature allows users to easily create a chain of bags connected by perforated edges, providing greater flexibility and efficiency for a wide range of applications.

With just a few quick steps on the bagger’s intuitive HMI touchscreen, operators can set up recipes to produce multiple bags in a continuous chain.  Simply select the bag size, activate the chain bag setting, enter the desired number of bags per chain, and save the recipe for repeat use.

ABOUT R785 AUTO BAGGER

The Rollbag R785 is a compact, all-electric tabletop automatic bagger capable of running up to 40 bags per minute depending on the application. Unlike traditional pneumatic machines, the R785 requires no compressed air—just a standard electrical outlet—making it lightweight, portable, and easy to set up anywhere. With multiple cycle modes and flexible bagging options, it delivers industrial-grade performance in a compact footprint.

The new Chain Pack Bagging option is ideal for applications where multiple connected bags are beneficial, such as dental supplies, medical kits, and industrial parts packaging. By keeping bags in a strip, customers can streamline packaging, storage, and product handling.

“This new feature expands the versatility of the Rollbag R785,” said Greg Berguig, President at PAC Machinery. “Chain Pack Bagging provides a smart, simple solution for customers who need connected bags for efficiency or compliance requirements.”

The Rollbag R785 with the Chain Pack Bagging option is available now from PAC Machinery. Perforated Bags available from the company’s materials division.
