SupplyOne buys Lamb & Associates to bolster Midwest presence  


US packaging distributor SupplyOne has expanded its presence in the Midwest by acquiring Lamb & Associates Packaging, a corrugated packaging manufacturer headquartered in Arkansas. 

Financial and other terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.

Lamb & Associates Packaging was established in 1981 by Jerry Lamb and operates as an independent corrugated sheet plant.  

The business, whose leadership has since passed to the founder’s children, Kyle Lamb and Laurie Whitfield, runs a second site in Springdale.  

The acquired company’s product range and capabilities include corrugated, die-cut and litho-laminated boxes, point-of-purchase displays, speciality glued products and turnkey distribution services. 

Lamb & Associates also offers advanced digital printing services using an EFI Nozomi printer.

The deal is the 45th acquisition for SupplyOne, aligning with its strategy to broaden its manufacturing base and service network across North America.
