AeroFlexx stated that Kinetic Vision will contribute to the initiative through its digital-first innovation model.

This will allow packaging designs to be virtually assessed and refined using AI-based predictive modelling, immersive visualisation and real-time collaboration between designers, engineers and brand partners.

AeroFlexx chief technology officer Cedric D’Souza stated: “Achieving scaleable, sustainable impact requires more than innovation – it demands collaboration with world class partners.

“Partnering with Kinetic Vision enables us to bridge the physical and digital worlds of packaging development, redefining how ideas move from concept to commercial reality.

“Together, we’re demonstrating what’s possible when design, engineering, and strategic vision come together with a shared purpose.”

Kinetic Vision works with more than 50 Fortune 500 companies on AI adoption, sustainability and technology-led optimisation.

Its expertise includes both rigid and flexible packaging for the consumer goods and food and beverage industries.

Kinetic Vision chief innovation officer Jim Topich stated: “This partnership represents the next evolution in how packaging innovation happens.

“By combining Kinetic Vision’s design, engineering, simulation and visualisation expertise with AeroFlexx’s patented packaging technology, we’re redefining the speed and precision with which new ideas move from concept to commercialisation.”

AeroFlexx, based in West Chester, Ohio, provides sustainable liquid packaging that combines elements of both flexible and rigid formats.

The company operates across North America, Europe and Southeast Asia and is part of the Innventure group of companies.

In August 2025, AeroFlexx and ĕleeo partnered to launch the Boogie Bubbling Vapor Bath in a new sustainable packaging format.

The packaging is lightweight and squeezable, and includes a one-way self-sealing valve that prevents spills and allows for easy one-handed dispensing.
