After stepping down, Bradford is set to join the company’s board of directors and become senior adviser to founder, vice chairman and CEO Greg Tucker.

Lee comes to ProAmpac after over six years as executive vice president and CFO at Cornerstone Building Brands.

He previously held senior financial positions at Wilsonart International and Contech, in addition to spending 12 years in finance and operational roles at Eaton Corporation.

Lee said: “I am thrilled to join ProAmpac and serve as its next chief financial officer at such an exciting time for the company.

“ProAmpac is on an incredible journey, demonstrated by its recent acquisitions and expansion into new end-markets and geographies and continued innovation to deliver increasingly sustainable packaging solutions. I look forward to helping drive this momentum and continued financial discipline.”

Bradford said: “It has been an honour to serve as CFO of ProAmpac for the past 13 years and contribute to the evolution of this outstanding company.

“I am immensely grateful to Greg for his partnership, and I am excited to elevate to board member and adviser and look forward to continuing to support investors, lenders, the ProAmpac team, and all stakeholders. I would also like to extend a warm welcome to Jeff and express my confidence that he is the right leader to serve as ProAmpac’s next CFO to support its continued growth.”

This change in leadership follows an expansion of ProAmpac’s Food Board manufacturing operations at its Donegal site in Ireland.

Last month, the company added a new production area within its existing facility, aiming to increase both output and production precision.
