S-OneLP Launches 3.5mil Metallized PCR 36% Stand Up Pouch Web

S-OneLP has announced the launch of its 3.5mil Metallized PCR 36% Stand Up Pouch Web. Engineered with advanced chemical recycling, this film eliminates common post-consumer recycled (PCR) challenges like gels’ surface inconsistency and poor curl control. During trials on HP Indigo 20K, 25K, and 200K Digital Presses, the film ran flawlessly and proved to be a true drop-in replacement for conventional 4mil metallized (MET) structures.

“Our Product Development Team has worked intensively on our PCR film, which resulted in successful trials across seven sites in North America,” said Andrew Kalina, Director of Sales, S-OneLP. “The result is a smooth laminate surface, superior curl control and reliable performance.”

Premium printability makes this film an easy transition for converters looking to add recycled content without disrupting production. 3.5mil Metallized PCR 36% Stand Up Pouch Web provides post-consumer recycled content without compromise. Brands can advance sustainability goals while maintaining shelf appeal, durability, and operational efficiency.
