A Coffee Bag That Asks You to Slow Down

A Coffee Bag That Asks You to Slow Down

  • MOMENTO’s coffee packaging by Marvis Nguyen invites customers to slow down and linger
  • Oversized monogram, clean typography, and muted green create an apothecary-like look
  • Minimal, clinical details and a stamped smile set it apart from typical tasting note-heavy designs

It’s the rare coffee bag that makes you feel like you have a little caffeinated buzz even before you open it. MOMENTO, designed by Marvis Nguyen, turns packaging into an invitation to slow down and stay awhile.

The oversized monogram becomes a quiet symbol you can’t help but study, while the typography is clean. The muted green lands closer to an apothecary rather than the usual loud tasting note parade. Even the tiny, clinical details and stamped smile feel intentional, like they were placed with patience. MOMENTO is clearly about slow moments, but when connected to coffee, the juxtaposition becomes innovative.
