Sprite Seeks to Reclaim its Edge With a Global Redesign Rooted in Culture


  • The 2026 Sprite redesign, a collaboration between forpeopleand Coca-Cola’s global design team, marks the return of the historic lemon-lime “Lymon” symbol. 
  • Modernizing the “It’s That Fresh” platform, the new visual identity system utilizes high-contrast green-and-white palettes, angled italic typography, and layered compositions. 
  • Sprite’s global refresh includes a new sonic identity developed with producer Mustard. 

On a cobbled London street in the trendy borough of Hackney, a green glow spilled out from beneath the doors of The Combustion Chamber—a former Victorian power station turned industrial venue. It wasn’t a rave, as you might expect, but the site where Sprite unveiled its latest redesign.

Few projects in brand and packaging attract as much attention as those tied to the world’s biggest soft drink companies, so the large-scale event felt fitting. It turns out the venue choice was very intentional too, as it links to energy, which is something the brand is now doubling down on.
