Hubergroup said it is presenting it as a response to the growing shift towards LED-UV curing in food-related work.

The series complies with the requirements of the German Ink Ordinance (GIO), the Swiss Ordinance, and the guidelines of brand manufacturers.

Hubergroup metal decoration product manager Jan Museler said: “With NewV tin LED MGA, we are giving metal decorators a reliable, futureproof LED solution that meets the stringent safety requirements of food packaging while delivering excellent printing performance.

“It’s an important step in supporting the industry’s transition to LED-UV technologies.”

Alongside the LED launch, the company will show the conventional offset series TINKREDIBLE MGA, which was launched globally in recent months

It will also highlight the wider NewV range covering LED and mercury-vapour UV curing systems.

The wider metal decoration portfolio is positioned for applications, including aerosols, closures, crown caps, chemical technical packaging and food cans.

Hubergroup said the range is developed to deliver strong colour, scratch resistance and an environmentally conscious formulation.

The business will also present complementary products, including varnishes and fountain solution additives, intended to work as a combined system with its inks.

Hubergroup added that it will highlight local technical support and consultation services for customers seeking guidance on pressroom requirements and consistent results.

Hubergroup product management and technical marketing offset director Patrick Hübel said: “METPACK is the ideal platform to demonstrate how our fully integrated pressroom solutions support metal decorators in meeting evolving market demands.

“By combining high-performance products with strong technical service, we enable our customers to achieve consistent quality, greater efficiency, and a smoother transition to future-ready technologies.”
