According to the details provided, the PRPC 330 UV can complete die-cutting, foiling, printing, spot UV, and varnishing in a single pass.

Packnology founder Brijesh Puri said: “The PRPC 330 UV, which is running efficiently at Arty Labels, boasts capabilities that many traditional laser printers and sheet-fed digital embellishment machines cannot match.

“As an entry-level machine for short-to-medium-run jobs, the PRPC 330 UV is made for multiple tasks in one system, which a single operator can manage easily and competently. Hence, it’s the right digital machine to start a brand-new journey into the label business. As our clients’ production volumes grow, we provide a seamless upgrade path to advanced Haotian systems.”

Arty Labels also operates other equipment at the facility, including flexographic presses, to make labels, rolls, ribbons, tags and related items.

Its products are supplied to customers in sectors, including pharmaceuticals, garments, jewellery and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).

Arty Labels director Nilesh Patel commented: “After the installation of this digital inkjet label printing and print enhancement machine, we have enormously enhanced our spot UV and foiling jobs.

“This digital inkjet press can do spot UV and foiling outstandingly without any lamination. It is a machine with a small footprint that effortlessly handles big jobs.”
