Mainetti bolsters luxury packaging with Morresi acquisition

Mainetti, a global leader in packaging solutions, has strengthened its position in the luxury market through the acquisition of Italian packaging specialist Morresi Enzo & C.

The move is designed to expand the company’s footprint in Southern Europe and enhance its ability to deliver high-end packaging solutions to its growing customer base.

Based in Pollenza, Morresi has a 30-year track record of providing premium packaging solutions to leading fashion and footwear brands.

The company’s expertise in presentation boxes and in-house production capabilities will significantly enhance Mainetti’s offering, providing greater flexibility and customisation options.

The newly formed business unit, Morresi Mainetti, will be led by Manuel and Monia Morresi, who bring extensive experience in the luxury sector.

They said their continued involvement will ensure a seamless integration and drive growth within the packaging division.
