SIG annuonces new chief supply chain officer


SIG, a provider of aseptic packaging solutions, has announced the appointment of Fabio Grazioli as chief supply chain officer to its group executive board. 

Fabio Grazioli, who has over two decades of experience in supply chain management, will take the position effective from 15 November 2024. 

Prior to joining SIG, Fabio Grazioli served as vice-president of supply chain, procurement, and E2E cost leadership, as well as chief technology officer for Haier Group’s EMEA business.  

Grazioli will be based at SIG’s headquarters in Switzerland.  

SIG CEO Samuel Sigrist said: “I am delighted to welcome Fabio to SIG. He comes with an impressive track record in designing, leading, and optimising customer-centric supply chain organisations and has a passionate, hands-on leadership style. We are looking forward to working with him as we continue to deliver packaging solutions for better, every time.” 

Headquartered in Neuhausen, Switzerland, SIG specialises in aseptic cartons, bag-in-box, and spouted pouch solutions for the food and beverage sectors.

Last month, Berglandmilch, an Austrian dairy company, claimed to become the first in the country to offer SIG‘s SmileBig carton packs for its customers.
