Mother Design’s work for Tails.com brings a personalized approach to the dog food brand by breaking away from generic pet imagery. Instead of using typical, polished photos of dogs, they collaborated with illustrator Nathaniel Russell to produce playful, hand-drawn dog illustrations, enabling pet owners to see their own pet’s personality reflected in the brand.

Additionally, Mother Design partnered with Lucia Vinti to create custom illustrations of the food ingredients, adding a hand-crafted quality that aligns with the quirky dog imagery while celebrating the source of each ingredient.
