Volver Shows Us How To Really Do Holiday Packaging

VOLVER’s Christmas gift packaging, designed by Backbone Brand Wondering, is inspired by nature’s seasonal bounty while seamlessly merging simplicity and a sense of holiday nostalgia. Each box is wrapped in stripes and geometric patterns—deep greens, blues, reds, and purples.

Centered on the design are hand-drawn illustrations of garden fruits and vegetables, such as lemons, tomatoes, and berries, reminiscent of classic botanical drawings. The typography, practical and clear, mirrors vintage product labels but with a senes of clarity, balancing whimsy and refinement.

The details—like small ribbons stating “We Never Forget the Roots”—suggest an appreciation for history and the labor of handmade craftsmanship, turning baked goods into timeless gifts for the holiday season.
