Cheetos Drops Custom Font Written By the ‘Other Hand’ For National Handwriting Day


Cheetos’ greatest nuisance—the orange Cheetle dust that leaves no finger untouched—is also its secret weapon. 

Where some see pesky orange finger-licking and stained keyboards, others see the perfect marketing asset, as seen in the “Other Hand” campaign from Goodby Silverstein & Partners that landed on an incriminating snack factoid that says 99% of people eat Cheetos with their dominant hand. Now, just in time for National Handwriting Day (an actual holiday, guys), the agency has released what they’re calling the first font fully designed with the other hand.
