Antalis acquires UK’s The Packaging Company (Midlands)


Antalis, a paper, packaging, and visual communication products distributor, has completed the acquisition of The Packaging Company (Midlands) in the UK for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition of The Packaging Company (Midlands), which provides a range of packaging solutions, will allow Antalis to expand its packaging capabilities and diversify its product offerings.

It also strengthens the company’s strategic positioning within the UK’s packaging market.

Antalis CEO Hervé Poncin said: “We are delighted to welcome The Packaging Company (Midlands) Limited into the Antalis family.

“Their expertise in bespoke packaging and manufacturing complements our dedication to delivering innovative and tailored solutions.

Plans are in place for a smooth integration, ensuring that customers and partners continue to receive reliable service.

The combined strengths of Antalis and The Packaging Company (Midlands) will enhance their ability to meet the growing demand for sustainable packaging solutions.

Last month, Antalis expanded its paperboard range with the introduction of the Eska Brown solution.
