305Sixto Digipack, a joint venture between 305 Labels & Sixto Packaging, is strategically positioned to capitalize on the evolving demands within the flexible packaging sector by establishing a state-of-the-art, digitally driven production facility in Opa-locka, Florida. Recognizing the increasing market need for agile, customized, and sustainable packaging solutions in short to medium volumes, a segment underserved by traditional flexographic operations, 305Sixto Digipack will offer a comprehensive suite of high-quality flexible packaging products. Our target market encompasses a diverse range of businesses including nutraceuticals, cannabis, snack foods, and bakery. This innovative plant will produce high-quality digital printed flexible packaging including rollstock and pouches.

305Sixto Digipack combines the expertise of two industry leaders, bringing decades of experience in flexible packaging, pouching, and digital printing. This strategic partnership enables the company to offer a wide range of innovative packaging solutions, including:

  • Graphic embellishments
  • Tamper-evident features
  • Spot varnishes
  • Child resistant zipper for cannabis pouches

The facility will serve various markets, including:

  • Food and beverage
  • Cannabis 
  • Pet foods
  • Nutraceuticals and supplements
  • Cosmetics and personal care

The facility will also install the region’s first HP Indigo 200K Digital Press this month, with it being fully operational by mid June.
