Clearly Canadian introduces new six-pack SleekCans range to portfolio

Clearly Canadian, a producer of premium flavoured sparkling waters, has introduced six-pack SleekCans to its portfolio.

This new addition includes the company’s popular ‘Originals’ and ‘Zero Sugar’ lines.

The SleekCans are available in 355ml sizes and come in flavours such as Mountain Blackberry, Wild Cherry, and Orchard Peach.

The company has made these products available across the US in all Kroger stores, Food Lion, and Amazon, and is planning further expansion.

The launch of the cans was influenced by a crowdfunding campaign initiated by fans of the brand.

Clearly Canadian aims to offer more value and convenience with these fully recyclable cans, which also address concerns about glass breakage.

Clearly Canadian CEO Paul Tepperman said: “The love and desire for Clearly Canadian from our fans never ceases to amaze us. Rest assured that our iconic blue glass bottle is here to stay, as it is preferred by many of our consumers.

“But our consumers and retail partners have been seeking multipacks and Can formats for some time, and we were able to set up our manufacturing to deliver on that ask.

“In addition to offering fans new occasions and convenient packaging with Cans, we saw an opportunity to provide better value to our fans in the multipack format.”

The expansion of Clearly Canadian’s product offerings coincides with its increased retail presence.

Recently, it entered 1,400 Walmart stores, Costco USA, select Target stores, gopuff, Raley’s, Bashas’, Loblaws, and Whole Foods in Canada.

Clearly Canadian Marketing VP Casey Howe said: “Clearly Canadian is crafted with sparkling Canadian spring water from award-winning springs, natural fruit flavours, and simple ingredients.

“Our Clearly Canadian ‘Originals’ lineup is the mid-calorie full-flavoured sparkling spring water category leader, so offering our iconic ‘Originals’ in Cans is a natural fit.”
