Berlin Packaging, a hybrid packaging supplier, has acquired Italian company Cosmei, further expanding its footprint in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
Cosmei is headquartered in Bagnolo Cremasco, which is located within the country’s Cosmetic Valley.
The company specialises in developing streamlined essentials and high-impact, tailor-made designs, crafted in close collaboration with beauty brands.
In addition to its Italian base, Cosmei operates a sourcing office in Guangzhou, China, which strengthens its global supply chain and supports strategic partnerships in the region.
Berlin Packaging EMEA president Marcel Schröder said: “We are excited to expand our product portfolio and deepen our cosmetics expertise in the beauty sector through this collaboration with Cosmei, a partner renowned for both innovation and reliability.

Berlin Packaging supplies glass, plastic, and metal containers and closures. The company also offers package design, financing, consulting, warehousing, and logistics services for customers across all industries.
