PAC Machinery to unveil new packaging innovations at PACK EXPO Las Vegas

PAC Machinery is set to showcase a variety of packaging innovations at PACK EXPO Las Vegas, taking place from 29 September to 1 October 2025 in Nevada, US.

The company will present 12 advanced packaging machines, including two new automatic baggers designed for paper and poly materials, alongside two integrated bagging and robotic systems aimed at enhancing automation in packaging processes.

Among the highlights will be the ‘Flexible Sustainability’ lineup, featuring systems capable of processing kerbside plastic and paper with up to 100% recycled content.

Notable machines include the Rollbag R985 and Rollbag R3200 paper baggers, which help businesses adapt to regulatory changes and evolving consumer preferences.

The Rollbag R985 machine is a compact, tabletop automatic bagger that packages using both recyclable paper and poly-based materials.

In contrast, the Rollbag R3200 offers flexibility by allowing users to choose between PAC’s patented Fiberflex kerbside-recyclable paper mailers and poly mailers made from up to 100% recycled resins.

Additionally, PAC Machinery will unveil two robotic integrations developed with CMES Robotics and MSD Sales.

One system combines the Rollbag R785, a compact all-electric tabletop poly bagger capable of running up to 40 bags per minute, with a robotic kitting solution for precise part handling.

The Rollbag R3200XL, another key feature, includes ‘poly tubing’ that customises bag length to minimise waste and reduce costs.

Other products on display will include the 6800CS side sealer with in-zone labeller, the PVG industrial vacuum sealer, the Clamco 4C combo shrink-wrap system, and the PAC FW 400F flow wrapper, along with materials for automatic baggers.

PAC Machinery president Greg Berguig said: “At this year’s show, we’re excited to unveil our theme of ‘Flexible Sustainability,’ which gives companies the power to run both paper and plastic on the same machine.

“It’s a futureproof approach to packaging – and with our robotics integrations making a big splash, we’re showing what’s truly possible when automation meets versatility and the latest technologies.”
