This interface is engineered to provide straightforward workflows, streamlining operations and allowing users to oversee more extensive process areas with greater efficiency and minimal effort.

The order was recorded in Valmet’s second-quarter (Q2) 2025 orders and is scheduled for delivery in Q4 2025.

Papertech Industries managing director Amer Yusuf said: “We have taken the decision to partner with Valmet due to the latest technology and Valmet’s process know-how, presence and approach.

“We believe that this partnership will provide us with the best technology and quality systems from Europe to help us achieve our quality goals in producing world-class paper.”

The delivery from Valmet’s automation technologies will assist Papertech in reducing quality variability and optimising raw material usage.

Additionally, it will provide a secure and user-friendly automation environment, thus improving operational ease.

Valmet Automation Solutions India, Asia-Pacific sales manager Ramesh Chandra said: “We are glad to work with Papertech. They have shared their vision to be a top-quality paper producer, and we have aligned our solutions accordingly.

“Our delivery will help them to achieve their quality and cost goals and make them a more sustainable paper products producer in the market.”

Last week, Valmet secured an order to supply two fine papermaking lines, complete with related automation systems and services, to a Chinese customer.
