Barilla Couvette Invites You To Break the Glass ‘In Case of Pizza’

Barilla Couvette Invites You To Break the Glass ‘In Case of Pizza’

Barilla’s Couvette Pizza Sauce packaging by marimo.agency turns dinner prep into an emergency drill, in the best way, for the launch of the brand’s new pizza sauce. The jar sits behind glass in a fire-alarm-style box, complete with a pizza cutter chained to the frame for dramatic effect.

The typography is direct and playful, shouting “OPEN IN CASE OF PIZZA” in crisp white lettering against Barilla’s signature blue. The bright red frame and flame motif turn the setup into a kitchen conversation starter. It’s part packaging, part stunt, and entirely designed to make you smile before you even open the jar. Always here for a playful take on a brand’s launch of a new product.
