Thirst Has Entered the Protein Lobby With Gamer-Focused Drink Res


Athletes and health-conscious people aren’t the only ones who can benefit from added protein in their diets. Take, for example, video gamers, whose kill-death ratio (K:D) or high scores depend on physical performance, especially quick reflexes and alertness.

Enhancing game play, streaming, and content creation performance is the idea behind the brand concept Res, a protein drink designed by creative studio Thirst. “Res” (or “Rez”) is a term lifted from gaming, shorthand for “revive” or “resurrect,” an in-game action that’s fitting for a beverage that promises to lift up the drinker with 8 grams of protein.
