Godzilla Comes Alive On PBR Cans With Artwork By Attack Peter

To commemorate Godzilla’s 70th anniversary, Toho International and Pabst Blue Ribbon (PBR) have partnered up for a special series of packaging featuring special artwork by Attack Peter.

The partnership includes new kaiju-inspired outer packaging and can labels. Attack Peter, Godzilla’s official artist, created new images using his signature block printing technique. The front of the PBR cans retains the classic label design, with Peter’s original Godzilla prints on the reverse side in black and white. Cases follow suit, and the 25-oz single-serve cans include three additional images of kaijus Mothra, King Ghidorah, and Mechagodzilla. Additionally, a limited number of PBR cans will have a special “blue atomic breath effect” that comes to life when the cans chill to the ideal frosty temperature.
