TruPak Spark’s compact design and flexible workflow support a range of services, including adherence packaging for patients at home and for long-term care (LTC) and LTC-at-home programmes.

TruPak Spark is designed to manage pro re nata (PRN), or “in the circumstances”) medications, stat doses and midcycle changes.

Each TruPak Spark unit incorporates universal canister technology, which pairs barcode-driven workflows with self-calibrating canisters to accommodate a wide variety of pill sizes and shapes.

JFCRx chairman Duane Chudy stated: “TruPak Spark is built for long-term growth.

“Pharmacies can start small and seamlessly upgrade to larger-capacity TruPak models through JFCRx’s trade-in programme, scaling without workflow disruption or platform changes.”

The company also highlighted the TruCount tablet counter, a vision-based device intended to ensure rapid, accurate canister filling.

The combination of features aims to simplify technician training, improving accuracy and reducing errors while saving time and labour.

The company will showcase the system at the National Community Pharmacists Association Annual Convention, taking place from 18 to 21 October 2025 in New Orleans in the US state of Louisiana.
