Earnings per share for July to September 2025 were Skr1.66, compared with Skr0.86 a year earlier.

The company’s operating profit for Q3 2025 stood at Skr26.3m, corresponding to an operating margin of 11.4%. In the same quarter of 2024, the operating profit was Skr15.2m while operating margin was 7.3%.

Sales rose 11% to Skr230m in the quarter, from Skr208m in Q3 2024. Adjusted for currency effects, net sales amounted to Skr246m – an underlying growth of 18%.

Order intake fell 13% year-on-year to Skr224m.

The decline was largely driven by the postponement of a large packaging order into Q4 and ongoing caution from luxury brands. When adjusted for currency effects and packaging orders, order intake remained almost flat at Skr255m.

Nilörn CEO Krister Magnusson stated: “We continue to operate in a consolidating market, where larger customers are seeking fewer but more comprehensive suppliers. This benefits Nilörn, with our combination of global presence, strong design competence and controlled production. At the same time, we act with cost awareness and prioritise investments that strengthen our long-term competitiveness.

“In summary, we are delivering a stable quarter with improved profitability, a stronger organisation and promising prospects.”

The company manufactures and sells a wide range of labels, including woven and printed labels, hangtags and radio-frequency identification labels. It also offers e-commerce packaging, cardboard boxes, paper and plastic bags.
