What Does Your Mum Think? An Episode With Boma Krijgsman

What Does Your Mum Think? An Episode With Boma Krijgsman

Boma Krijgsman is a senior marketing manager, self-described “hustle bunny”, and loud-and-proud advocate for diversity in the creative industry. In this episode, Boma takes us through her winding path, from working in tourism, to a pivot into fashion, and eventually carving out her space in design and marketing.

Along the way, she’s teamed up with heavy-hitters like JDO and, more recently, Thirst. We get into the big stuff too, like hustle culture, the importance of hard work, and building a portfolio that actually gets noticed. Plus, Boma doesn’t hold back when we ask: Is the creative industry still underrepresenting certain groups? Why? And what needs to change? Put the kettle on, grab a biscuit — this one’s about to dunk. LFG🔥🚀
