The company is seeking to improve its ability to respond to disruptions and manage changes across borders.

Through Blue Yonder’s platform and supply chain command centre, Lamipak plans to consolidate inventory, shipment and order data from all partners into a single system.

The technology will allow Lamipak to oversee real-time developments, coordinate activities across different organisations and receive updates on emerging risks or delays.

Blue Yonder APAC president Antonio Boccalandro commented: “Supply chain resilience is crucial for a company like Lamipak, whose expansive global network and steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction heavily depend on efficiency, agility and reliability.

“We’re excited to support Lamipak in their digital transformation journey by providing a comprehensive, scalable solution that will enable them to strengthen their partnerships, gain a competitive advantage and drive sustainable growth.”

The rollout includes AI tools designed to detect changes in demand or capacity, send alerts and suggest actions.

Lamipak expects this system to support faster response times, more coordinated goods movement, and adjustments to operations as conditions shift.

Lamipak project manager Ricky Zhou said: “Amid ongoing supply chain disruptions and instability, we needed a robust, scalable solution to effectively manage our rapid growth across regions while continuing to meet the evolving demands of our customers globally.

“By implementing Blue Yonder Network, we will gain end-to-end visibility and enhanced intelligence, enabling us to successfully navigate complexity and uncertainty while streamlining operations, reducing costs and increasing customer satisfaction.”

Established in 2007, Lamipak has customers in more than 80 countries.
