Cactus Country Adds High Octane Design To Steve McQueen Coffee

Cactus Country Adds High Octane Design To Steve McQueen Coffee

  • Steve McQueen Coffee is a brand inspired by the iconic film star’s love for motorcycles and racing.
  • Cactus Country designed the branding and packaging to authentically reflect the late actor’s passion for racing, with details inspired by cars and motorcycles throughout the visual identity, including weathered oil-style tin cans.

Actor Steve McQueen was known as the “King of Cool.” It would be understandable if the moniker were based solely on his film oeuvre, including The Magnificent SevenThe Great EscapeThe Thomas Crown AffairBullittLe Mans, and The Towering Inferno, but like many other actors, such as Rowan Atkinson (yes, Mr. Bean), Malcolm in the Middle’s Frankie MunizPaul Newman, and Tom Cruise, McQueen was also into motorsports, and quite competitive, competing in both car and motorcycle racing, and is in the off-road motorsports hall of fame.
